All ingredients are raw, vegan, dairy free, soy free, gluten free, sugar free and nutrient dense.

On some occasisons, the client may request ingredients that are not strictly vegan (ie: elk antler velvet) and some mix their shakes with honey so I consider them “beegan”.

I am a vegan for breakfast, vegetarian for lunch and very flexible for dinner!  My shakes are formulated to be suitable for every dietary choice.
